This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data by the following company (hereinafter referred to as I&F):

By means of this privacy statement we want to give you insight into the way in which and for what purposes we process your personal data.
For the processing of personal data, as described in this privacy statement, I&F is the (processing) controller.

The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) applies, respectively, to the processing of personal data on 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).

Responsible party / accountability officer – (art 1, sub d Wbp / art 4, lid 7 AVG)

The (processing) controller is the natural or legal person who alone or together with others determines the purpose of and the means for the processing of personal data.

I&F has appointed a Data Protection Officer (FG). You can approach I&F in case of complaints or questions. If necessary, I&F will inform and involve the FG.

Personal data – (art 1, sub a Wbp / art 4, lid 1 AVG)

Personal data is data concerning an identified or identifiable natural person. This means that the data about a person must be traceable to an individual person, or on the basis of the data it must be clear which person is involved.

We process the following personal data from you:

• Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number
• Gender
• Contact information
• Interests 

Processing of personal data – (art 1, sub b Wbp / art 4, par. 2 AVG)

Processing of personal data is an operation of personal data or a set of personal data, whether or not carried out via automated processes, such as collecting, recording, providing and destroying personal data.

Goals processing personal data – (art 8, sub b Wbp / art 6, paragraph 1, sub b AVG)

We process your personal data in order to execute the agreement that we have concluded with you. Within the framework of this agreement, we can distinguish the following goals:

• Administrative purposes
• Billing
• Inform via newsletter
• Other services such as making appointments, treatments and all resulting processing

We will not process your personal data for other purposes without your permission.

Third parties – (art 1, sub g Wbp / art 4, section 10 AVG)

We do not provide your information to third parties, unless it is necessary for the execution of the agreement or we are obliged to do so on the grounds of a court order or legal duty.

Security measures – (art 13-14 Wbp / art 32 AVG)

We have taken various appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data, including measures against unauthorized access, unauthorized use, unauthorized modification, unlawful and accidental destruction and unintentional loss.

Your personal data will only be consulted or processed by employees, who must have access to this in view of their position.

We have also taken measures with regard to third parties. For example, with each third party that processes your data, we have entered into a Processor Agreement (Wbp) / Processor Agreement (AVG).

This sets out the purpose of the processing and also makes agreements about the level of the technical and organizational measures.

Storage period data – (art 10 Wbp / art 5, par. 1, sub e AVG)

We do not store your personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. The storage period of the data can be requested from I&F.

Your rights

You have a number of rights when we record personal data about you. These rights are laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp), respectively, the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) as of 25 May 2018. You can view, correct, block or delete your personal details at any time. A detailed description of your rights can be found in the next section entitled “Rights of the data subjects”.

Rights of the data subjects

The Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp) and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) grant the following rights to persons whose personal data are processed (the data subjects):

Right to information – (art 33-34 Wbp / art 13-14 AVG)

A data subject must be informed of the fact that processing of his personal data takes place or will take place and what the purposes are. Even if the purpose of the processing changes, the person concerned will be informed about this again.

Right of inspection – (art 35 Wbp / art 15 AVG)

A data subject has the right to view the personal data processed by him / her. The controller must provide the person concerned with a copy of the personal data being processed.

Right to rectification – (art 36 Wbp / art 16 AVG)

A data subject has the right to have his / her personal data corrected or supplemented. The rectification must take place immediately. The controller is obliged to notify any recipient to whom personal data have been provided of any rectification, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate amount of effort.

Right to data change / oblivion – (art 36 Wbp / art 17 AVG)

The controller is obliged to delete the personal data of the data subject without undue delay, including when:

– personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed
– the person concerned withdraws his consent and no other legal basis for processing exists
– the person concerned objects to the processing
– the personal data have been processed unlawfully

Right of objection / right to limit the processing – (art 18 AVG)

The right to restriction means that the personal data may (temporarily) not be processed and may not be changed. The fact that the processing of the personal data is limited must be clearly indicated in the file by the controller, so that this is also clear for recipients of the personal data. When the restriction is lifted again, the person concerned must be informed.

Right to transferability / data portability – (art 20 AVG)

This right means that a data subject must be able to obtain the data from a controller in a structured, current and machine-readable form and has the right to transfer this data to another controller or have it transferred directly, without being hindered, unless this is detrimental to the rights and freedoms of others. A data subject has the right to transferability as far as data provided by him are concerned.

Right of objection – (art 40-41 Wbp / art 21 AVG)

A data subject may, for reasons connected with his specific situation, make use of this right of objection to the processing of personal data relating to him if the requirements set out in the Regulation have been met. If a data subject objects, the controller will stop processing unless compelling justified grounds determine otherwise.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decision making / profiling – (art 42 Wbp / art 22 AVG)

This right can be considered, for example, the automatic refusal of an online application for credit or the processing of applications via the internet without human intervention. Automated individual decision making is possible in three cases:

a. it is necessary for the formation or execution of an agreement
b. it is permissible under an EU or Member State provision
c. it is based on the express permission of the person concerned

I&F respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you give us is confidential. We use your information to process orders as quickly and easily as possible. For the rest, we will use this information only with your permission. I&F will not sell your personal information to third parties and will make them available only to third parties that are involved in processing your order.

1. When you place an order, we need your name, email address, delivery address and payment information to process your order and keep you informed of its progress.
2. To make shopping at I&F as pleasant as possible, we store with your consent personal information and the details regarding your order and the use of our services. This allows us to personalize the website.
3. We will use your email address to inform you about the development of the website and special offers and promotions. You must register for this service. At all times you can unsubscribe at our website.
4. If you place an order with I&F we keep, if desired, your data on our server. You can specify a username and password so that your name, address, telephone number, email address, shipping and payment information, so you do not need any new orders to fill.
5. Data on the use of our site and the feedback we receive from our visitors help us to further develop and improve our site.
6. If you decide to write a review, you can choose whether you add your name or other personal information. We are curious about the opinions of our visitors, but reserve the right not to publish opinions which don’t meet the requirements of our site. If you respond to a promotion or contest, we ask your name, address and email address. We use this information to perform the action, to disclose the winner(s), and to measure the response to our marketing efforts.

I&F does not sell your data.

I&F will not sell your personal information to third parties and will make them available to third parties that are involved in processing your order. Our employees and our third parties are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your information.

Cookies enable us to gather information about using our services and to improve and adapt to the needs of our visitors. Our cookies provide information regarding personal identification.
